CD/DVD high speed printer with individually exchangeable ink cartridges ODP 500 - the castle, March 2007 - LSK DATA of system, manufacturer of professional CD/DVD Druck-und Kopierautomaten, presents on the CeBIT in Hanover a high speed printer for CD/DVD. This fast and economical printer is suitable optimally for industrial users, who want to produce high volumes in professional quality with low unit prices and operating cost.

The ODP 500 is based on the proven High - end to Office jet printing of HEWLETT PACKARD and is in LINE with the LSK CD/DVD copying and pressure robotics systems available. Fast and economically the ODP 500 prints the CD/DVD on surface with four colors (CMYK) in the thermal Inkjet procedure. With a print rate starting from ten seconds until maximally two minutes per Disc, the ODP 500 is optimally for the employment suitable with the industrial user with high pressure pressure. The four individually exchangeable ink cartridges sit separately, outside of the pressure level and are connected with the two print heads, by a hose system. These two semi permanent print heads correspond to the newest generation of the HP ink jet printers and have 2112 nozzles (1200 nozzles/inch). The separate technology (off axis) leads to lower pressure costs by Disc, since on the one hand each color is completely used up, and which high performance print heads have one life span of about 90,0000 pressures. A further advantage results from the high amount of filling of the ink cartridges (black: 58,5 ml, cyanogen, Magenta & yellow in each case 17 ml). With this ink supply the printer can print unsupervised, during a longer period, for example over night. The ODP 500 convinces the moreover one by its high pressure pressure. In whisper-quiet enterprise the ODP describes 500 up to 120 CDs per hour full-laminar in photo quality. The exact capacity depends on the respective pressure job and pressure mode. Three different pressure modes with three different dissolutions each are adjustable. The capacity per ink set is during a balanced color blending with about 900 CDs. As only printers of its kind the ODP 500 offers a special exhaust for the ink mist developing with printing processes. This feature increases production security, extends the Wartungsintervalle and affects the printed result positively. The photo-realistic quality of the expressions is reached by the HP PhotoREt III Precision technology. Microscopically small ink drops are set point-exactly thereby in highest speed. Five pico-litres small drops up to 29mal are platziert one above the other. This makes the expression of 3.500 colors possible per pressure point. Beyond that the new HP ColorSmart III technology makes a sharp, high-contrast and original-faithful color expression possible. The dissolution of pressure is with black-and-white up to 1200x1200 dpi selectable. With color printing with up to 4800x1200 is possible dpi (optimized). The ODP 500 has a High speed USB interface. In the ODP 500 in principle Inkjet Printable media of all usual manufacturers can be used. LSK tests regularly media of renowned manufacturers and expresses on request recommendations.
